Terms of Use

Stellium is an independent digital-products studio and online storefront. This site is operated by Stellium Connection Pte Ltd, Singapore ("Stellium", "we", "us"). By browsing or buying from https://digital.stelliumservice.com, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

What we sell

Everything in our shop is a digital, downloadable good — templates, planners, toolkits, printables, and similar files. There are no physical items and nothing is shipped. When your order is complete, you receive the files as an instant download from your account.

Accounts and purchases

You need a free account to buy from us. This lets us confirm your order, deliver your downloads, and keep a record of what you own so you can re-download it later. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country to make a purchase.

Payment

Payments are handled by our secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown before checkout and you approve the total before any charge is made.

Acceptable use

Please use the store honestly and lawfully. You agree not to:

• attempt to access, download, or copy products you have not purchased;
• interfere with, probe, or disrupt the site, its security, or other users;
• use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download our catalog; or
• use anything you buy in a way that breaks the product license below or any applicable law.

Changes to products and prices

We are a working studio, so our catalog evolves. We may add, update, improve, retire, or re-price products at any time. Changes do not affect an order you have already completed — the files you have purchased remain yours to keep and re-download.

Limitation of liability

Our products are provided on an "as is" basis. While we build everything with care, we cannot guarantee a product will fit every specific need. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stellium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or its products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible and use it only to run the store. This policy explains what we hold and why. It applies to https://digital.stelliumservice.com.

What we collect at registration

When you create an account we ask for your name, email address, and a password. Your password is never stored in plain text — we keep only a salted hash of it, which cannot be reversed back into your original password. We also keep a record of your orders and downloads so you can access what you own.

How we use your data

Your information is used only to operate the store and deliver your purchases: creating and securing your account, confirming and fulfilling orders, providing your downloads, and sending you essential messages about your account and orders. If you opt in to our new-drops email, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Email verification and password resets

When you sign up, we send a verification email to confirm the address is really yours. If you forget your password, our password-reset flow sends a secure, time-limited link to your registered email so you can set a new one. Because we only store a salted hash, we can never see or send your existing password — we can only help you replace it.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share data only with the trusted providers we need to run the store — such as our secure payment provider to process a purchase — and only to the extent required to deliver the service to you.

Contact and deletion

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or request that we delete your account and personal data. Just email support@stelliumservice.com and we will take care of it. Note that we may need to keep basic order records where the law requires it, even after an account is closed.

Product License

Here is the friendly, plain-language version of what you can do with what you buy. Every product page tells you which license applies — it is marked either "Personal use" or "Personal & commercial use". If in doubt, check the product page.

What you may do

• Download and use the product for yourself, as many times as you like.
• Edit, customize, and print it to make it your own.
• Use it in your own projects. Where a product is marked "Personal & commercial use", that includes work for paying clients and use in things you sell or promote.

Products marked "Personal use" are for your own private, non-commercial projects only.

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, or give away the files as-is — including bundling them, sharing them on other sites, or offering them as your own downloads.
• Claim you designed or authored the templates themselves.
• Share your account access or download links so others can get the files without buying them.

In short: build great things with our products, use them in your work where the license allows, but don't turn around and sell or share the raw files. That's what keeps a small independent studio like ours going — thank you for supporting it.
